薪资：底薪+提成
28-40 years old looking for a technical sales role. 28-40岁，技术销售职位
MUST have operated a flatbed die cutter. 必须操作过平板模切机。
Experience in man management or team leader. 有管理或团队领导经验
Working with C&T China bringing market data and information on end users.能够为C&T 中国公司获取终端用户信息
Good time management skills. 良好的时间管理能力
Able to travel. 能够出差
Demonstrate products from the C&T portfolio. Having used matrix and counters 使用过压痕线和底模版
Having 10 years’ experience in folding carton production. 在生产纸盒领域工作10年以上
Understand in die making. 懂得模切知识


The role could develop into sales management once proven and business in China develops.

被证明有能力的可以晋升为销售团队的管理者。



This individual has been responsible for the set-up, make-ready, Bobst or MK die cutter.

该候选人曾经负责过博斯特或者长荣模切机的 组装，排版。

Accountabilities – technical



Interpret job layout information and project specs and requirements. 能够详细叙述工作职责和曾经做过的项目要求。
Make-ready and setup to adjust equipment.负责过设备调试
Maintain quality standards throughout the die-cutting process.在模切过程中保持高质量的标准
Must be able to make necessary adjustments on dies. 会修版
Must be competent in the full make ready process 胜任前序准备工作
Must be able to understand the correct calculations for crease matrix, crease rule heights and cutting rules. 会根据不同纸张选择合适的压痕线，钢刀和钢线。
Must understand 1mm thin plates. 熟悉1mm的模切钢板
Must understand ejection rubbers. 熟悉防爆胶条的使用
Must be able to lock-up dies. 会锁板
Must be able to set Stripper. 会排版
Performs preventative maintenance on die-cutting machinery. 会对模切机进行预防性维护
