职位描述

任职要求

岗位职责：
§ 计划：负责按照生产计划表，保质保量的完成生产计划任务;
Responsible for making sure quantity and quality of product according to production plan;
§ 调机：负责印刷首件颜色确认，调试和印刷质量工作;
Responsible for printing first part confirmation, machine adjustment and printing quality work;
§ 管理：负责管理和检查本班次的辅助人员日常工作是否按照作业要求按时完成;
Responsible for managing and monitoring the operator2 to follow PWI;
§ 5S: 负责本班次工作区域内”5S”现场管理，严格按安置区堆放物料，确保物流、人流畅通;
Responsible for 5S management;
§ 记录：负责填写日交接班记录表，与接班人员做好交接工作;
Responsible for filling in daily handover form, and make handover well;
§ 设备：负责设备故障分析，分析故障属于操作方面还是维修方面，并通知相关人员;
Responsible for analysis of machine issues, and inform the related persons;
§ 实验：负责按照实验指导书做实验并记录;
Responsible for making experiments by PWI;
§ 卫生：负责与辅助完成周卫生清洁工作;
Work with operator2 to complete the regular cleaning work;
§ 完成领班交代的其它工作。
Complete the other work assigned by shift supervisor.

岗位要求：
学历：中专及以上
Diploma：Technical secondary school and above
专业：印刷，机械类
Major：Printing or mechanical
专业技能
Professional Skills
1. 熟悉柔版印刷生产工艺和流程；
Familiar with flexo printing process and procedure；
2. 解决生产中出现的工艺和质量问题。
Have ability to solve the process and quality issues during production.
工作经验
Working Experience
1. 从事过印刷行业实际上机作业3年以上；
3 years’ working experience on printing industry;
2. 从事过印刷管理岗位者优先。
Management experience of printing is preferred.
综合素质
Attitude/Personality
1. 具有判断与决策能力;
Good ability of judgement and making decision;
2. 具有良好的人际能力、沟通能力;
Good at communication and interpersonal competence;
3. 具有良好的计划与执行能力。
Good ability of planning and executive force.

班制：四班两运转，工时12小时，两个白班，两个夜班，休4天
劳动合同: 无固定期
工资: 基本工资+加班费
社保: 五险+补充商业险
公积金: 基础+补充公积金
交通：居住在塘沽交通自理，市内员工倒班期间提供住宿
工作餐：公司免费提供。白班员工：午餐与晚餐；夜班员工：夜宵与早餐
带薪休假：试用期满后提供带薪年假（7天起步）、带薪病假14天、带薪住院假30天。
