Task description: 工作描述
1. Arrange production in his shift. 统筹生产班组
- Takeover of organizational tasks in absence of Production supervisor, department manager.
在部门长或生产主管不在的情况下，接管生产部门的全盘工作任务；
- Full responsibility for his area in absence of supervisor, department manager (weekend)
在部门长或生产主管不在的情况下，全权统筹相关生产区域（ 周末）；
2. Optimal arrangement and motivation of the staff in his shift including vacation planning and tracking sickness absence rate.
合理安排与有效激励班组人员，包括轮休计划编排和病假缺勤率跟踪。
3. Monitoring compliance with and implementation of procedural-, work and test instructions and defined processes within the department
遵循标准化操作规范，工作/测试要求指引和工艺流程，并确保并其有效实施。
4. Monitoring compliance with production and quality specific settings and records, including BDE input and compliance with the 4-eyes principle.
根据生产与质量的明确标准，有效控制生产记录，包括BDE系统的数据录入和遵循四目确认原则。
5. Independent setting of difficult recipes and formats
根据不同的配方与工艺要求，对原料配备进行独立设置。
6. Ensure optimum adjustment of the system to the respective product. 适度调整生产系统，以适用于各类产品
7. Ensure all customer requirements in accordance with predetermined specifications.根据预订的产品标准，满足客户的要求。
8. Ensure carrying out and documentation of all required quality control. 确保产出与相关记录符合质量控制要求。
9. Ensue the correct taking and documentation of required sample. 确保需求样品与实际产出的一致性。
10. Ensure the correct weighing, labeling and packaging of products. 确保产品重量，标签和包装材料的准确性。
11. Ensure order and cleanliness at the plant and production 确保厂区与生产区域整洁有序。
12. Waste management : （废料管控）
- Waste disposal and recirculation into the production process. （生产过程中的废料处理与回收）
- Waste tidy and well separated collect on defined places.（废料的清理与有效分区收集至指定区域）
Audit and control whether reclaim would be possible. （ 有效的监察与控制，无论废料回收是否存在可能性）
13. Material management and control : 物料管控
- Check blocked material and old stock at regular intervals and ensure disposal / recycling.
对待确认物料及库存积压物料进行分区与检查，确保其有效处理与回收。
14. Suggestions to simplify procedures 对简化操作流程提出合理化建议。
15. Training of machine operators. 培训操机人员。
16. All work of machine operator. 操机人员的工作分配。

岗位要求
- 中技或以上学历， 印刷或相关专业；
- 6年以上柔版印刷技术经验， 2年或以上印刷班组管理经验
- 优先考虑外资印刷企业经验者，新生产线支持经验者
- 能接受倒班工作，承受一定的工作压力
- 英文基础 （ 简单口语交流 和 英文文件读写）
