工作职责： 1.负责新产品测试到量产整个生产过程的品质控制； 2.处理品质异常问题，提出可靠的改善方案及改进措施，改进工艺流程； 3.负责相关人员品质意识的培训及宣导； 4.制订各品质关联的检验标准、SOP文件； 5.熟悉客人验厂品质方面的流程。 任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历； 2. 2年以上印刷包装行业同岗位工作经验，熟悉品质管七大手法及ISO9001体系的标准与运作，熟悉8D等相关报告的制作； 3.擅于调查产品偏差并出具调查报告，提出推动实施整改方案； 4.能应对客户的有关质量方面事件，高效处理客诉； 5.有较强的执行力及良好的沟通协调能力。 我司主要产品：彩盒、纸箱、展示架、精品盒

二、 岗位描述： Job Description: 1、 负责公司相关产品项目的原料、制程、成品的控制、监督管理等； Control, supervise and manage the raw materials, in process and finished products; 2、 参与维护、监督公司各种管理体系的运行、组织和管理公司产品质量工作。 Participate in maintenance and supervision of the management system operation. Organize to manage the product quality. 三、工作职责与任务： Responsibilities and Task: 1、制定原料验收标准，制程检验文件、成品验收标准等相关产品标准； Write the raw materials, WIP, finished products inspection standard and other related product standard; 2、协助质量经理维护BRC/IoP食品包材管理体系，跟进日常BRC、食品卫生安全等稽核工作，了解和更新最新法律法规要求；协助内审, 跟进外部审核 Assistance Quality Manager to maintenance global BRC/IoP packaging system, follow up daily BRC duty and food safety audit, learn the latest regulations and requirements; assistance of internal audit and external audit. 3、辅导供应商质量管理，对供方的不符提出纠正措施，验证效果，对供方进行年度审核及评分； Follow up supplier quality management, verify corrective action and the effect to the non-conformity of the supplier, and conduct annual audit to the supplier; 4、 跟进客户的社会责任审核。 Follow up customer’s SWA audit.
