销售经理 Sales Manager

任职要求:Key Reponsilbe: Manage and have the overall responsibility to new sales market and new customers development in China (extend to rest of Asia next stage), ensure that company’s strategic goals are ahieved, ensure that new sales accounts are properly managed, sales targets are achieved. Main Duty: - To understand and familiar with China markets in Babycare and Femcare industries, refer to China Market Surveys performed by Marketing Department and make more indeph study and develop sales strategies and plans for review by VP Sales & Marketing Hygiene Division - Study and understand company’s products, technology advantages, production and quality process and formulate sales tactics including presentation kits, demonstration products etc. - Execute sales plans, to explore and approach new customers, discuss technical requirement with customers and liason with Product Manager to develop appropriate product for potential customers. Convince potential customers for product trials - Based on pricing scheme set by Division Management, perform negotiation with potential customers and secure orders at best price level - Follow through product testings at customers and liason with Production and Quality Departments for feedback and technical discussion - Based on Company’s Sample Sales Contract, discuss and negotiate proper terms and conditions with potential customers - Work closely with Customer Service Department and Quality Department to follow through issues in ordering, shipment, complaints etc., particiapte in handling customers‘ satisfaction survey, after sales service, complaints and claims etc. - Maintain good and close relationship with respective personnel at customers to ensure continuity of business growth - Make periodic sales forecast for Controlling Reporting as well as monitoring of sales performance - Continue market survey and understanding of market trend and statistics and feed back to Marketing Department. This include manufactuers of Babycare and Femcare products, and related film manufacturers - Cross department communication in production planning, lead time, quality and other issues. - Prepare annual budget for the new account sales and update P&L during the year with Financial Controller and Managing Director, ensure the expenses under control. - Other assignment related to sales development. Requirement: - Bachelor Degree in engineering, science, English, etc. - 10-15 years of sales experience in Babycare or Femcare related industries; example Film or Non-woven manufacturing - Have proven track records in new customers development and sales achievement, have been in senior sales role and manage key accounts - Ability to work both independently and business sense, open ,self confidence - Good presentation skills in both English & Chinese,confident with handling multiple audiences. - Ability to build relationships / interact with customers at management level. - Logical, strong analytical & problem-solving ability. - Entrepreneurship spirit, persuasive, and strong negotiation skills - Outstanding New Customer Development - Selling and Customer Service Competency - Potential Customer Relations Handling - Know the assessment and certification process of films or non-woven product - ‘Hungry’ for sales personality - Good Negotiation Skill in Price Alignment收藏职位 申请职位
